MY CHAKRA DANCE STORY — FINDING LIGHT THROUGH THE DARK

There are rooms of darkness I’ve walked through — some of the earth’s heaviest, most wounded places. I’ve played in those realms, felt the suffering that lived there, and carried its weight in my body. Sometimes we bear the weight to feel the release. 

When I started  ChakraDance, I was at a turning point in my life. I had been doing the inner work, yet found myself stuck — Chakra Dance leveled me up. The light shifted my mind, my relationships, my finances, and my embodiment. What used to hold me no longer does. Chakra Dance accelerated my healing and opened new clarity. The planet is changing —  this is the field of awakening.

When I began this work, many obstacles arose that challenged my commitment. An unexpected slip in the spine left me unable to walk, let alone dance. I started from a chair, drawing in the light. I moved through each challenge slowly and deliberately.  Gradually, I listened; my body instinctively knew where to go and what to do; the nervous system began its own organic process along my spine. The movement that started as an intention became embodied wisdom.

I start with a white light meditation. When I call upon the divine light, it pours through every area of me, even into parts of the self that have held trauma for years. These dense, heavy places became light and whole. I allow the divine light to flow down and infuse for healing and restoration.

As that light enters the denser spaces of the self, shadows arise. These shadows serve me by revealing what needs tending so I can embody more light. They turn, merge with the light, and release organically — a beautiful unfolding. Finding light in the darkness of surrender: a slow, living transformation that happens from within.

The changes ripple outward. I've witnessed shifts in relationships and miracles that surpassed anything I could have imagined or asked for. The divine is moving through every area — bringing truth, justice, patience, kindness, hope, faithfulness, endurance, and strength. I learned how to embody these qualities and how to work within dense energies without force.

Over time, I learned to sense where energetic knots lived and how to infuse them with specific light codes and symbols. Once this energy unwinds, it is free. It then leaves space for more love, light, and abundance. More goodness, More peace...thank you Lord!

This is my chakra dance story. It’s a practice of calling in the divine, sitting with the shadows that arise, and allowing the body and spirit to integrate what needs healing. Here, in the uncomfortable, we grow. We must face the dark unknown to find the path of light that will lead us forward. The planet is changing— join this field of awakening!
